Hmn resources

Behind HMN Resources it’s me, Pia Lehtonen, who in 2018 settled with my family in Central Finland after many years in the Finnish capital area. For many years, I have worked in a variety of positions in HR management and consulting, change management and operational human resources work, in both Finnish and international companies. Before becoming an entrepreneur, I worked as the HR Director of Silmäasema, a Finnish eye health and optical trade company, as well as in HR manager roles in various client assignments at HR4, e.g. in IT and forest industry, and as HR Manager at Hewlett-Packard. HMN Resources was founded in 2018 out of my desire to offer easily approachable, professional HR support that is smoothly integrated into everyday life for various organizations. We want to be with our client organizations to support the building of good working life conditions and thereby achieve success. The foundation of all our operations is understanding the customer’s needs and finding solutions based on them flexibly and with professionalism. Honesty, humanity and confidential partnership are the basic principles of our operations.

By working in active cooperation with other experts in their own fields, we bring our customers solution options from a broader field related to people and leadership.
